Brescia er en by i regionen Lombardia i det nordlige Italia med en befolkning på rundt 200.000. Den er hovedstaden i provinsen Brescia (900.000 innbyggere, en av Italias største), og er Lombardias største by, etter Milano.
Byen het Brixia i antikken, og har eksistert før Romerrikets tid. Meget er bevart i byen fra romertiden og middelalderen.
